A journey of song and sound where voices rise together, weaving original heart songs, and ancient mantras from around the world. Accompanied by guitar, harmonium, and frame drum, we chant to quiet the mind, open the heart, and awaken the body’s natural rhythms.

Mantras are sacred sounds, words, or phrases that carry spiritual significance. Repeating them helps quiet the mind, balance the body, and cleanse the energy centres (chakras), creating a profound sense of peace and well-being.

Unlike a music performance, everyone is encouraged to join in, creating a sense of oneness, unity, community and belonging, through the universal language of sound.
Together we open our hearts, soothe our souls, and lift our spirits… Creating space for deep healing, self-expression, and connection.

To integrate the vibrations we create, you’ll be invited to lie down and receive a sound healing towards the end.
Sound healing or vibrational medicine, is an ancient practice that employs the vibration of musical instruments, as well as the human voice, to trigger the relaxation response and activate the body’s natural healing abilities. It allows us to go deeper into meditation, soothe the nervous system, and bring harmony back into the whole body.
